These terms govern your use of the SmileForge smile-preview service. By capturing a smile and requesting a preview, you agree to them.

The service

SmileForge captures a photo of your smile and uses AI to render an illustrative “after” preview, which is shared with the dental practice you engaged with. The service is provided to help you and the practice start a conversation about treatment.

Not medical advice

A preview is a visual illustration only. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan, a promise of any particular clinical outcome, or a substitute for professional dental advice. Actual results depend on your oral health and an in-person evaluation by a licensed provider.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you are an adult and the person shown in the capture.
• You will not submit another person’s image without their consent, or misuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• You grant SmileForge and the engaged practice a limited license to process and store your image solely to generate and deliver your preview, as described in the privacy policy.

Availability

The service is provided “as is” and may change or be unavailable at times. We apply reasonable limits to protect the service and manage costs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmileForge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on a preview.
